Help Compatibility Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams doesn’t always show you as muted to the other call participants, but that’s because it isn’t checking the system mute state. Rest assured if Mic Drop says you’re muted: you are muted.

Microsoft Teams and high CPU usage

Versions of Mic Drop before 2.0.0 had some compatibility issues with the Microsoft Teams audio driver that allowed you to share your computer audio with your call participants.

Since Mic Drop 2.0.0, this bug has been fixed and Mic Drop should no longer cause high CPU usage on Macs with the Microsoft Teams audio driver installed.
